I fell in love with the Megaformers and Lagree Method the first day I was introduced to them; because in one workout I was able to effectively combine strength, endurance, cardio balance, core work and flexibility.

When you take my class all I am asking is your energy for 50-55 minutes, get ready to be challenged, work to muscle failure, you will sweat a lot, you will have fun. I hope to see you in one of my classes at the Sculpt Studio soon
