I love Megaformer workouts because they have changed my life! Since we opened in Jan 2014, I’ve been doing the Lagree Fitness Method consistently and it has made more differences in the shape of my body than anything I’ve been doing and teaching for the last 10 years which includes Pilates apparatus, group fitness and spinning. I feel stronger than I’ve ever felt before. I have more flexibility and in addition to all of this, my endurance and stamina have significantly increased.
